Banking Without Barriers is the theme on which our
concept is based.
It refers to personalized banking for EVERYONE that
we are offering at our Customer Relationship Centres
(CRC). This can be seen from the counterless banking
hall that differentiates AFFINBANK from others in

Why are the
tellers’ PCs sunken?
Emphasis has been given on the cleanliness and tidiness
of the work area. As such, we don’t want the
table to be occupied with too many types of equipment.
As you can see, the desks for our tellers are built
to meet this requirement.
