Affin Home Assist Plus is a housing loan for the financing, sub sale and refinancing of completed property value below RM200,000.
Property value to be financed is minimum RM100,000 to below RM200,000 and applicable to individual(s) only. Type of properties to be financed are for residential premises i.e. single/double storey terrace/link, townhouse, semi detached, bungalow, flat, apartment and condominium.

Conditions
- Property Value : Minimum RM100,000 to less than RM200,000
- Margin of Finance (MOF) : 85%
- MRTA Financing : 5% (includes MRTA and Entry Cost).
(MRTA = Mortgage Reducing Term Assurance)
- Tenure : 35 years or up to the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier
- Retention : a) Applicable to settlements within 5 years from date of full
disbursement
b) Penalty amount
- 5% of original loan amount if redeemed within 3 years
- 3% of original loan amount if redeemed after 3 years but within 5 years
