The maximum overdraft portion is 50% of total financing amount for loan value less than RM500,000; and 70% of total financing amount for loan value on or above RM500,000.

Conditions
- Loan amount : Minimum RM100,000 with minimum overdraft facility of
RM50,000.
- Property value : Minimum RM200,000
- Margin of Finance (MOF) : Up to 90%
- MRTA Financing : 5% (MRTA = Mortgage Reducing Term Assurance)
- Tenure : 45 years or up to the age of 75 years, whichever is earlier
- Retention : a) Applicable to settlements within 5 years from date of full disbursement
b) Penalty amount
- 5% of original loan amount if redeemed within 3 years
- 3% of original loan amount if redeemed after 3 years but within 5 years
