To grow the value of the unitholders’ investments over the long term by investing in undiscovered smaller companies listed on Bursa Malaysia

Fees and Charges

Application Fees	5% on each investment
Annual Fees	Management Fees: Up to 1.5% of the NAV Trustee Fees: 0.07% of the NAV (min RM18,000 p.a.)
Switching Fees	Currently, there is no fee charged on a switch from the Hidden Treasures Fund to any other fund

Fund Details

Distribution Policy	Given its investment objective, the Fund is not expected to pay any distribution
Investment Time Horizon	Recommended 5 years or more
Initial Investment	Minimum RM2,000
Additional Investment	RM500 or more at any time
Cooling Off Period	6 Business Days from the date the application form is received and accepted by the Manager. Please note that the cooling-off right is only given to an investor who is investing with CIMB-Principal Asset Management Berhad for the first time. However, corporations/institutions are not entitled to the cooling-off right
Redemption/Withdrawal	Yes, at any time without penalty. Minimum withdrawal is RM 1,000 or more at any time. Payments are made within 10 days
