Investment Objective

To grow the value of your investment over the long term in an equity fund that invests in undervalued and/or undiscovered companies in India, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand

Fund is suitable for investors who :

  • want to diversify your overall investment portfolio by including shares as an asset and within the shares asset class; and
  • are looking for potential higher returns compared to other kinds of investment instruments and at the same time also able to bear more risks as well as accept a longer investment horizon

Fees and Charges

Application Fees Between 2% to 5% of the NAV per unit
Annual Fees Management Fees: Up to 1.5% p.a. of NAV
Trustee Fees: 0.06% p.a. (min. RM18k p.a.) of NAV
Switching Fees
The minimum amount for each switch is RM1,000. When a switch is made into a new fund, the switched amount must meet the minimum application amount of the new fund

Investment Time Horizon Recommended 5 years or more
Initial Investment Minimum RM1,000
Additional Investment RM500 or more at any time
Cooling Off Period
6 Business Days from the date the application form is received and accepted by the manager. Please note that the cooling-off right is only given to an investor who is investing with CIMB-Principal Asset Management Berhad for the first time. However, corporations/ institutions are not entitled to the cooling-off right
Redemption/Withdrawal
Yes, at any time without penalty. Minimum withdrawal is RM1,000 or more at any time. Payments are made within 10 days.
