To provide an income distribution every 6 months along with some capital growth over the medium to long term.

Fees and Charges

Application Fees	5% on each investment
Annual Fees	Management Fees: 1.85% of the NAV Trustee Fees: 0.08% of the NAV
Switching Fees	Currently, there is no fee charged on a switch from the Income Plus Fund to any other fund. Under the LTT Deed, a 1% fee may be charged if there are more than 2 switches conducted in a 12-month period

Distribution Policy	Half-yearly in January and July each year
Investment Time Horizon	Recommended 5 years or more
Initial Investment	Minimum RM 2,000
Additional Investment	RM500 or more at any time
Cooling Off Period	6 Business Days from the date the application form is received and accepted by the Manager. Please note that the cooling-off right is only given to an investor who is investing with CIMB-Principal Asset Management Berhad for the first time. However, corporations/ institutions are not entitled to the cooling-off right
Redemption/Withdrawal	Yes, at any time without penalty. Minimum withdrawal is RM1,000 or more at any time. Payments are made within 10 days.
