The rate
quoted for AFFINPLUS
account is at the discretion of the bank. Interest
is calculated using the daily outstanding balance
method and is credited to customers' account at the
end of every month.

You shall open
the account with a minimum initial deposit of RM1,000.00
and maintain a balance of not less than an amount
as the Bank at its discretion may require.

Any discrepancies
in the statements of account issued to you shall be
reported to the Bank within 14 days from the date
of the statement failing which it shall be deemed
that the details contained therein are true and accurate.

You agree that
the Bank may at any time, without prior notice, combine
any of your banking accounts with the Bank and set-off
any sum standing in the credit of the said accounts
towards satisfaction of any of your liabilities.

If you issue
a cheque when there are insufficient funds in your
account, the Bank reserve the right to close your
account without any notice and charge penalty fees
by setting off such fees directly from your account
at a rate the Bank may determine from time to time.

The operation
of this account shall be subject to the banking practices
and laws of Malaysia, the Rules and Regulations of
the Association of Banks in Malaysia and the Association
of Interest Free Banking Institutions in Malaysia
and the Association of Islamic Banking Institutions
in Malaysia, the cheque guidelines and
the rules and regulations of regulatory bodies set
up by Bank Negara Malaysia.

You shall indemnify
the Bank and hold the Bank harmless against any consequences
arising directly or indirectly or in relation with
the Bank acting upon your instructions.

The terms and
conditions herein shall be governed and construed
in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

The Bank reserves
the right to amend any of the above terms and conditions
without prior notice to you.

Any
amendments shall be binding and be deemed to have
come to your attention by their being displayed at
the Bank or posted to your last address registered
with the Bank or any other mode which the Bank may
deem fit.
