What is Banking Without Barriers?
Banking Without Barriers is the theme on which our concept is based.
It refers to personalized banking for EVERYONE that we are offering at our Customer Relationship Centres (CRC). This can be seen from the counterless banking hall that differentiates AFFINBANK from others in the industry.

Is this a priority banking branch?
No, services are offered to ALL customers.

Is this open concept safe?
Yes. But you may choose to conduct your cash transaction in the bulk cash room. On top of that, we have sufficient security personnels.

Can I apply for a loan at the CRCs?
Yes. You can apply for housing loan, credit card and OD as well as small business loans.

Can I do my trade financing at the CRC?
Yes.

Are you open on non-working Saturdays and Sundays?
We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

Will I be charged for transactions conducted over the counter?
There will be a minimal sum charged for cash transactions below RM3K conducted at the
counter which can be done through the machines.

Why do you picked timber finishes as the interior decor?
It adds to the warmth and friendliness that we wish to portray.

Why are the tellers’ PCs sunken?
Emphasis has been given on the cleanliness and tidiness of the work area. As such, we don’t want the table to be occupied with too many types of equipment. As you can see, the desks for our tellers are built to meet this requirement.

Is the internet access area for the customers? Are there any passwords?
Yes. There are no passwords to log on to the net.

I realize that there are coffee machines too, will I be served coffee?
You may help yourself to coffee.

Yes but gradually.

What are the services available through the e-banking facilities?
ATMs for cash withdrawal, fund transfer; Cash Deposit Machines for cash deposit; Cheque Scanning Machine for cheque deposits; Statement Printer for savings or current account statement printing and Passbook Update Machine for passbook updating.

Is the e-banking facilities available 24 hours a day?
Currently the operating hours are from 4a.m. to 11.45p.m.

Who do I call if my card got stuck at the ATM at 10p.m.?
You may call the hotline number displayed on the machines.

Can I make credit card payments using the Cash Deposit Machines?
Not yet.
