Puan Nor Rozita Nordin was appointed as Chief Human Resource Officer of AFFINBANK on 1 May 2011.

Prior to that, she was the Executive Vice-President and Head of Group Human Resource at EON Bank Group (which comprises EON Bank Berhad, EONCap Islamic Bank Berhad and MIMB Investment Bank Berhad).

She has more than 28 years of extensive working experience in Human Resource Development and Customer Relations Strategy from various industries (Banking & Finance, Shared Services, Automotive Retail and Manufacturing, Insurance and Healthcare). She has served strategic roles in the areas of Performance and Human Capital Development, Compensation and Benefits, Manpower Planning and Recruitment, Industrial Relations, Employee Engagement, Customer Relationship Management and Analytics, Contact Centre Management and Target Marketing, both in national and multinational corporations.

She holds a Master of Science degree, Bachelor of Science (Education) and Bachelor of Arts (Linguistics) degrees from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, USA.
