It comprises four distinctive areas namely a ‘counter-less’ banking hall, a customer lounge, a 24-hour Self-service Lobby and Hire Purchase Centre. The new CRC design concept was also introduced at other CRCs in the Klang Valley, Perak, Pulau Pinang and Johor Bahru.

The CRC, led by CRC Manager Yong Swee Eng, offers a wide range of products and service, catering to the needs of consumers and SME/SMI customers such as loans and deposits, credit and debit cards, unit trusts, bancassurance, trade finance and SMI/SME facilities.

Specially-trained Customer Relationship Executives are on hand to provide advisory services to customers from 9:15am until 4:15pm on Monday to Thursday and until 4:00pm on Fridays. After banking hours, customers will still be able to access the 24-hour Self-service Lobby.
