Customer Relationship Centre Relocates to New and Larger Premise
in Seremban

Sembilan – In tandem with
its aim to provide greater levels of customer service, Affin
Bank Berhad (AFFINBANK) has relocated its Rasah Customer Relationship
Centre (CRC) to a new and larger premise at No. 175 Jalan Dato’
Bandar Tunggal, Seremban.
The launch of the new CRC was
officiated by YAB Dato' Seri Utama Haji Mohamad Bin Haji Hasan,
Negeri Sembilan Menteri Besar. In his speech, Dato’ Haji
Mohamad expressed confidence in AFFINBANK CRC’s new location,
which he believes will provide the community in Seremban and
the surrounding areas with improved service and innovative products.

Seri Ismail Haji Omar, Chairman of AFFINBANK says, "Consistent
with our new branch design concept based on the theme Banking
Without Barriers™, we have relocated our Rasah CRC to
an upgraded premise where our customers will experience improved
face-to-face banking as well as 24-hour automated banking facilities.”
The new premise, strategically
located within the commercial hub of Seremban will offer a more
spacious and conducive banking environment for the Bank’s
customers and clients on three floors. It comprises four distinctive
areas namely a ‘counter-less’ banking hall, a customer
lounge, a 24-hour Self-service Lobby and Hire Purchase Centre.
The new CRC design concept was also introduced at other CRCs
in the Klang Valley, Perak, Pulau Pinang and Johor Bahru.
“To better serve our customers,
we are constantly reviewing our geographical reach. Towards
this end, we are on constant look-out for more strategic locations
for the existing CRCs and to relocate if deemed appropriate,”
Tan Sri Ismail adds.
The CRC, led by CRC Manager
Yong Swee Eng, offers a wide range of products and service,
catering to the needs of consumers and SME/SMI customers such
as loans and deposits, credit and debit cards, unit trusts,
bancassurance, trade finance and SMI/SME facilities.
Specially-trained Customer Relationship
Executives are on hand to provide advisory services to customers
from 9:15am until 4:15pm on Monday to Thursday and until 4:00pm
on Fridays. After banking hours, customers will still be able
to access the 24-hour Self-service Lobby.
