Financial Assistance Instalment Relief (FAIR) Program

The 6-month automatic moratorium period ends on 30 September 2020. Evaluate your current and expected financial position so we can make the necessary arrangements as early as possible.

The Financial Assistance Instalment Relief (FAIR) is a specially customized and supportive financial assistance solutions to customers during these challenging times for customers from the various customer segments, namely individuals, SME and Corporate customers. Customers can come forward to the Bank and be considered for the assistance to ensure continuation of their business.

AFFINBANK would like to reassure our customers that we will extend support and provide assistance where necessary. Whilst we have started reaching out to customers to better understand individual circumstances, we can further help if customers who feel they require further assistance to also reach out to us.
