Beware of Scams and Fraud

Affin Bank Berhad (“the Bank”) would like to alert members of the public on attempts of bogus communication through telephone calls, SMS and e-mails from persons claiming to be officers or representatives of the Bank and fake pages claiming to be the Bank’s social media pages.
 
Members of the public are reminded to ignore unsolicited telephone calls, SMS or e-mails, and to refrain from giving personal and banking information to anyone under any circumstances.
 
In the event of email communication to customers from the Bank, please be advised that the Bank will only use official email address (example: sample@affinbank.com.my) and not using other third party email services (example: affinbank@gmail.com; affinbank@yahoo.com).
 
Customers may verify any concerns of doubts or irregularities by contacting the Bank’s Contact Centre at 03-8230 2222 or email to yourvoice@affinbank.com.my.
