2019 MALAYSIAN RETAIL BANKING INDUSTRY CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY

In 2019, a Malaysian Retail Banking Industry Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) was conducted with the participation of The Association of Banks in Malaysia (ABM) member banks. The Survey aims to promote the quality and transparency of customer service as well as to establish industry benchmark in the Malaysia banking sector.
 
Twenty (20) member Banks participated in the CSS last year including Affin Bank Berhad. Based on the overview of the Industry satisfaction score, Malaysian bank customers’ satisfaction towards banks stood at 81%.
