Disruption of Delivery Service of Current Account or Savings Account (CASA) / Current Account-i or Savings Account-i (CASA-i) Monthly Statement and Consolidated Statement (Islamic and Conventional)

Dear valued customers,

In view of the Movement Control Order (MCO), kindly be informed that there will be a slight delay on the delivery of CASA/CASA-i monthly statement and consolidated statement for the month of March 2020.

The same delay is expected to occur for the following months until the end of the MCO. The statement will be sent out after the end of MCO period.

Alternatively, customers may access their statement via our Retail Internet Banking (RIB) or Corporate Internet Banking (CIB) at www.affinonline.com. For customers who have yet to register in our RIB or CIB, please visit our nearest branch to register.

Customers are encouraged to #StayAtHome and perform your essential banking transactions via RIB or CIB at www.affinonline.com.
